Real temperature control(RTC)

  • Subboiling acid purifier AP300ofWenThe temperature sensor has undergone special processing to achieve the same corrosion resistance as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material.

  • Therefore, it can be immersed in acid solution to directly measure the true temperature of the acid solution, rather than measuring the temperature of the heater.

  • Accurate temperature control ensures the accuracy of temperature control, thereby ensuring that the acid solution is truly in a stable sub boiling state during the purification process, and the temperature does not fluctuate rapidly, further ensuring the high purity of the acid vapor.


Non contact liquid level control

Three non-contact liquid level sensors monitor the liquid levels of raw acid and purified acid in real-time. Once the liquid level of the raw acid is too low or the liquid level of the purified acid is too high, the system will immediately stop running to avoid burning dry or overflowing. The third sensor will prevent the pump from adding too much acid to the purifier.


No need to put it in the fume hood anymore

Traditionally, both purification chambers and collection bottles require an exhaust port to maintain internal gas pressure balance, inevitably leading to acid vapor leakage.

PTC semiconductor heater

The maximum temperature of PTC heater is determined by its own material. The higher the temperature, the lower the heating power automatically. When it reaches its critical temperature (maximum temperature), the heating power will decrease to zero (stop heating). Therefore, you don't need to worry about it overheating or even catching fire. The maximum temperature of the PTC heater we manufacture is 250 ℃ (482 ° F), which is compatible with the temperature resistance range of PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene material. In this case, even if all temperature control measures fail, the maximum temperature of the PTC heater will not exceed 250 ℃, which will not damage the PTFE cleaning chamber, thus avoiding equipment damage or fire hazards.
