3、 Main features:

3.1 Collect data and control pressure, flow rate, holding time, and boosting rate through computer+PLC+module.

3.2 The use of automatic clamping and sealing technology for water hoses solves the problem of time-consuming and laborious sealing of water hoses in old-fashioned testing machines. The experiment is automatically controlled by a computer, and the test data is recorded throughout the process. Reports can be generated automatically as required, enabling efficient automation of the water hose test. Small footprint, compact structure, high degree of automation, circulating water, stable operation, complete accessories.

3.3 Safety measures:

3.3.1 The high-pressure system adopts dual safety measures, that is, the pressure transmitter controls the water pressure, and the electric contact pressure gauge controls the maximum water pressure. On the one hand, in case of failure, it can also ensure the safety of the testing personnel and equipment.

3.3.2 During the test, there may be water leakage. Tightening devices should be used at both ends of the water hose in the submerged area to fully seal and prevent water leakage. Add 24V low voltage control and time relay control, with three layers of protection against water, electricity, and malfunction.

3.4 The pressurization system consists of an imported liquid booster pump, a frequency converter pressure regulating part, etc. It mainly completes the pressurization and pressure maintenance work of the system, which can ensure the pressurization and pressure maintenance of long-term tests.

3.5 The test process is controlled by a microcomputer, and the test pressure time curve is displayed in real time. The test results can be automatically saved or printed out, and can be automatically saved when the power is turned off;

3.6 Computer software: LabView, a precision equipment development software developed by NI in the United States, was used, and our company independently completed the second development. The interface is rigorous, the organization is clear, and the control is convenient and fast;
