The SX2-10-12A muffle furnace belongs to the muffle furnace split series and is widely used in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, and other places. It can be used for high-temperature sintering, annealing, quenching of metals, ceramics, glass and other materials, as well as various sample ashing, melting and other heat processing treatments. It adopts a split design, separating the control part from the furnace body, which is convenient for operation and control, and can effectively avoid the adverse effects of high temperature on the control circuit caused by the furnace body, ensuring stable operation and precise temperature control of the equipment. (1) Basic specifications

1.Rated voltage: 380V, requiring connection to compatible industrial power lines to ensure normal power supply and output of the equipment.

2.Timer function: without timer function, manual monitoring of the duration is required during operation, or combined with external timing devices to assist in controlling the heating duration.

IIISplit type muffle furnaceUse instructions

(1) Preliminary preparation

1.Site selection and installation: Select a well ventilated, dry, non flammable and explosive material, and load-bearing capacity standard site to place equipment. Ensure that there is sufficient space around the device (recommended not less than 30CM) for heat dissipation and operation. When using a compatible 380V industrial power supply, it is necessary to have a professional electrician operate the connection line and ensure proper grounding to ensure electrical safety.

2.Inspection and debugging: After unboxing, check the appearance of the equipment for any damage and verify if the gifts are complete. Before connecting the power, check if the furnace door is tightly closed and if there are any debris in the inner chamber. When powering on for the first time, perform no-load debugging, turn on the equipment, observe whether the temperature controller displays normally, and whether the heating process is stable. If there are any abnormalities, contact the manufacturer's after-sales service in a timely manner.

(2) Operation process

1.Sample placement: Use a crucible to hold the sample to be processed, and carefully place the crucible into the furnace liner using crucible pliers (handle with care to avoid collision with the liner and heating element). Close the furnace door to ensure good sealing, prevent heat leakage from affecting the heating and insulation effect, and avoid the danger of high-temperature hot gas spraying out.

2.Temperature setting: Turn on the temperature controller and set the target temperature (not exceeding the rated 1200 ℃) through the controller interface according to experimental or processing requirements. The device has a resolution of 1 ℃ and can accurately set numerical values. After the setting is completed, the device automatically enters the heating program, the heating element starts working, and the temperature gradually increases.

3.Operation monitoring: During the heating and insulation process, closely monitor the real-time temperature, power, and other parameters displayed by the temperature controller. Due to the lack of timing function in the equipment, manual timing is required. After reaching the preset insulation time, the heating can be continued or stopped according to the process requirements. If abnormal temperature fluctuations or equipment noises are found, immediately turn off the power and troubleshoot.

(3) Post processing

1.Cooling and retrieval: After the heating program is completed, wait for the temperature inside the furnace to naturally drop to a safe temperature (recommended to be below 200 ℃ to avoid high-temperature burns), carefully open the furnace door with crucible pliers, and retrieve the crucible and sample. If you need to accelerate the cooling process, you can use ventilation and other methods to assist after the temperature has slightly decreased (such as below 400 ℃). However, it is strictly prohibited to directly pour water into the furnace or perform rapid cooling operations to avoid damaging the furnace body.

2.Cleaning and maintenance: After the equipment cools down, clean the debris, residual samples, etc. inside the inner container to keep it clean. Regularly inspect heating elements, thermocouples, and other components. If problems such as deformation of heating wires or poor contact of thermocouples are found, they should be repaired and replaced in a timely manner to ensure the normal use of the equipment next time.

(IV)box-type resistance furnaceSafety precautions

1.Electricity safety: The equipment is powered by 380V industrial electricity, and non professionals are strictly prohibited from connecting or disconnecting wires without authorization. During equipment operation, it is strictly prohibited to touch power lines, plugs, etc. to prevent electric shock.

2.High temperature protection: The temperature of the furnace body and inner liner is very high during the heating process. It is strictly prohibited to open the furnace door during the heating and insulation stages to avoid high temperature burns and hot gas burns. Wear heat-resistant protective gloves, goggles, and other protective equipment during operation, and use tools such as crucible tongs to retrieve and place items.

3.Equipment protection: Avoid stacking flammable, explosive, and corrosive materials around the equipment to prevent danger. When not in use for a long time, turn off the power, do a good job of dust and moisture prevention for the equipment, regularly power on for maintenance, and extend the service life of the equipment.
