Product Details

1、 Product Overview

JDC-2 typeConcrete temperature measurement lineIt is a specialized sensor used for real-time monitoring of the internal temperature of concrete, widely used in large volume concrete construction, bridge engineering, hydropower station construction, high-rise building foundations and other occasions that require temperature control. This product is designed in accordance with the "Construction Standard for Large Volume Concrete" (GB 50496) and relevant industry standards. It can accurately measure the internal temperature changes of concrete after pouring, help construction personnel control the hydration heat reaction of concrete, prevent cracking problems caused by temperature stress, and ensure project quality.

This temperature measurement line is made of high-precision temperature sensors and corrosion-resistant materials, which have the characteristics of wide measurement range, fast response speed, and strong anti-interference ability. Combined with dedicated temperature recorders or data acquisition systems, multi-point, long-term, and continuous temperature monitoring can be achieved, providing reliable data support for concrete curing, cooling measures, and construction plan optimization.

IIIConcrete temperature measuring wireInstructions for Use

1. Preparation before installation

-Determine the number and location of temperature measurement points according to the temperature measurement plan, generally arranging 3-5 measurement points per pouring layer.

-Check if the appearance of the temperature measurement line is intact and if the test probe is working properly (can be connected to a recorder for testing).

2. Installation of temperature measurement line

-Pre embedded method: Before pouring concrete, fix the temperature measurement line probe on the steel frame or formwork, ensuring that the probe is located at the center of the concrete and avoiding proximity to the cooling water pipe or formwork edge.

-Insertion method: After pouring the concrete, insert the temperature measuring wire into the predetermined depth before initial setting (using a guide tube to protect the cable).

-Surface adhesion method: suitable for temperature monitoring of hardened concrete, with the probe tightly attached to the surface of the concrete and covered with insulation material.

3. Data collection

-Connect the temperature measurement cable to a temperature recorder or data acquisition system.

-Set the sampling interval (usually 1 hour per time in the early stage and 2-4 hours per time in the later stage).

-Real time observation of temperature changes, recording the highest temperature, temperature difference, and cooling rate.

4. Temperature measurement completed

-After the concrete temperature stabilizes (usually 7-14 days), the temperature measuring wire can be removed.

-Clean the probe and store it dry to avoid cable bending and damage.

---

4Pre embedded temperature measuring wirePrecautions

1. Installation precautions

-The probe should be completely buried in the concrete to avoid direct contact with the steel bars, which may cause temperature distortion.

-When multiple temperature measurement lines are arranged in parallel, maintain a spacing of ≥ 20cm to prevent signal interference.

2. Use safety

-Do not pull or tug on cables during concrete vibration to prevent mechanical damage.

-Avoid prolonged exposure of temperature measuring wires to ultraviolet radiation or high temperature environments.

3. Data accuracy

-Regularly calibrate temperature measuring equipment (recommended once a year).

-Abnormal temperature data needs to be comprehensively analyzed in conjunction with construction conditions, such as cooling measures and weather changes.

4. Maintenance and Storage

-Wipe the probe with a soft cloth after use to avoid residual corrosive substances.

-The storage environment should be dry and ventilated, with a temperature range of -10 ℃ to 40 ℃.
