(1) Installation and preparation
1.Site selection: Choose a dry, well ventilated environment without flammable and explosive materials. The ground should be flat and have a load-bearing capacity that meets the weight of the equipment (240KG). Reserve sufficient space around the equipment to ensure heat dissipation and operation space, and stay away from water sources and corrosive gas sources.
2.Wiring debugging: Connect the 380V industrial power supply by a professional electrician, strictly perform grounding treatment, and prevent potential leakage hazards. Before powering on, check the sealing of the furnace door and the cleanliness of the inner chamber. After confirming that there are no impurities, turn on the equipment and test the temperature controller display, timing function, etc. Run it under no load to observe whether the temperature rise is stable. If there are any abnormalities, contact after-sales service.
(2) Operation process
1.Sample loading: Place the sample to be processed into a crucible (either as a gift or a compatible crucible), carefully feed it into the furnace liner using crucible tongs, and place it evenly to avoid blocking the heating element. Close the furnace door, check the sealing status, and ensure that heat does not leak out.
2.Parameter setting: According to the experimental process, set the target temperature (≤ 1200 ℃) and timing duration (0-999 minutes optional) in the temperature controller. The device resolution is 1 ℃. After accurately inputting the numerical value, the heating program is started, and the electric heating wire starts working, gradually increasing the temperature.
3.Operation monitoring: During the heating and insulation stage, real-time monitoring of parameters such as controller temperature and remaining timer time. If there are abnormal temperature fluctuations, overheating alarms, etc., immediately suspend heating, troubleshoot (such as checking thermocouples and heating wire connections), and ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
(3) Post processing
1.Cooling and retrieval: After heating is completed, wait for the temperature inside the furnace to naturally drop below 200 ℃ (or according to process requirements), wear insulated gloves, and use crucible pliers to retrieve the crucible and sample. To accelerate cooling, the furnace door gap can be opened within a safe temperature range (such as 300 ℃ -200 ℃) to assist in heat dissipation, but rapid cooling operations such as cold water spraying are prohibited to avoid damaging the furnace body.
2.Cleaning and maintenance: After the equipment cools down, clean the residual samples and impurities in the inner container to keep it clean. Regularly check whether the heating wire is deformed and whether the thermocouple is loose. If there is any loss, replace it in a timely manner to extend the service life of the equipment.
(4) Safety precautions
1.Electrical safety: Operation of 380V power supply must be carried out by professional electricians. It is strictly prohibited to touch the power cord or plug during equipment operation; After a power outage, the power switch should be turned off to prevent accidental power on.
2.High temperature protection: When the furnace body is in high temperature, it is strictly prohibited to touch the furnace door and shell; Protective tools such as crucible tongs and insulated gloves must be used for sample collection and placement to avoid high-temperature burns.
3.Environmental safety: Flammable materials should not be piled up around the equipment, and good ventilation should be maintained during the heating process. In case of emergency situations such as fire, the power should be immediately cut off and a dry powder fire extinguisher should be used to extinguish the fire (water should not be used).
