(1) Preparation work

2. Clean the inside of the mixing drum to ensure that there are no debris residues and prevent them from affecting the quality of the concrete mixture.
3. Prepare the concrete raw materials to be mixed, such as cement, aggregates, water, admixtures, etc., and weigh them accurately according to the mix proportion designed in the experiment, with accuracy meeting the test requirements.
(2) Operation process
1. Connect the power supply, turn on the device power switch, the control panel indicator light will turn on, and enter standby mode.
2. Add the weighed dry raw materials such as cement and aggregates into the mixing drum in sequence, start the mixing motor, and pre mix the dry materials for [X] minutes (which can be adjusted according to the actual situation) to achieve preliminary mixing.
3.
