Special gas chromatograph for detection and analysis of residual free toluene diisopropyl ester in coatings. The gas chromatograph is usedThe capillary column, hydrogen flame ionization detector, and trichlorobenzene as the internal standard have improved the quantitative analysis method of TDI monomers in polyurethane curing agents. This method achieves better separation between the internal standard and TDI at low temperatures, while reducing the occurrence of side reactions. The operation is simple and the analysis time is short, especially for samples with low TDI content, the precision and accuracy are more ideal than previous methods.
