1、 PET characterization

The DSC curve recorded the heat flux variation of a 25mg PET (polyethylene terephthalate) sample heated at 10 ℃/min. From left to right: glass transition, exothermic crystallization of amorphous phase, and endothermic melting. These are key data for understanding the thermal properties of this polymer.

2. Determination of Polymer Oxidation Induction Period (OIT)

Oxygen induction time (OIT) of synthetic rubber at 210 ℃. The sample is heated to 210 ° C under an inert atmosphere (nitrogen). After the signal stabilizes (20 minutes), the atmosphere is converted to oxygen. An exothermic effect of polymer oxidation was observed at approximately 45 minutes. The oxidation induction time is 34.6 minutes. OIT can be increased by adding antioxidants.

3. Characterization of cosmetics

Melting curve of cosmetics (lipstick) of the same composition and different batches. The onset and peak temperatures of melting can be determined.

4. Determination of polymer crosslinking degree

Crosslinking degree (DCL) of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer film after lamination. EVA film is used as a sealing agent for photovoltaics. The residual curing reaction heat divided by the reaction heat of the uncured sample yields DCL. The test results of several batches indicate different DCLs.

The instrument manufacturer provides a one-year warranty for the entire product sold from the date of installation and acceptance. During the warranty period, the instrument manufacturer shall appoint technical engineers to provide free maintenance, upkeep, and replacement of non-human damaged or defective parts for the buyer's equipment, and conduct regular follow-up visits to the buyer. After the equipment warranty period, the instrument manufacturer shall provide lifelong preferential technical support for the equipment.
