Themys HPHigh pressure comprehensive thermal analysis platform

高压综合热分析平台

Themys HPUsed for measuring high pressure temperature and mass changes.

THEMYS HPCan be applied to high-temperature decomposition, combustion, or gasification research, simulating the reaction conditions during the conversion of coal, biomass, or waste into energy, specifically designed for high-temperature and high-pressure oxidation research of metal alloys.

THEMYS HPIt is a controllable high voltageTGA.

THEMYS HPEquipped with a high-temperature furnace body and a suspended balance to achieve the best quality change measurement accuracy, the dual back pressure regulating device can achieve precise pressure control.

Why are we different from others?

High temperature and high pressure performance

Single furnace can achieve high temperature1200℃ and high pressure150 barSimulate real reaction conditions

High precision and versatility

High performance suspension symmetrical balance specially designed forTGADesigned for application

Continuous measurement of sample quality changes

significant reductionTGASignal background noise, reducing drift

Optimize the interaction between gas and sample

safety

Compliant with European pressure equipment standards2014/68/EU -2Group gas(Non explosive, non flammable, non-toxic)

High pressure comprehensive thermal analysis platformThemys HP's balance is a specially designed high-pressure version. The balance based on the suspended symmetrical principle has the best quality data accuracy and stability.

The sample temperature is controlled by a platinum based heating element protected by an alumina tube.

The temperature and pressure range of a single furnace body and balance can reach 1200 ℃ and 150 bar.

It avoids the tedious operation of changing the furnace body multiple times due to changing different samples or testing conditions.

The high-sensitivity temperature control thermocouple is placed under the sample crucible.

THEMYS HP has built-in user safety and instrument safety systems. include:

·Safety system to avoid excessive pressure difference inside and outside the furnace;

·Four safety valves arranged at different positions in the air circuit of the whole machine;

·Do not open the furnace when the pressure is above 1.2 bar;

The system is equipped with a dual back pressure regulating device for precise control of test pressure during low-pressure (1-6 bar) and high-pressure (6-150 bar) operations
