MSK-180-S semi-automatic die-cutting machine is a device developed by Kejing Company for die-cutting the positive and negative plates of lithium-ion laminated batteries. This device uses pneumatic method to punch the single piece of the electrode plate, which can be placed in a glove box for use. It can also provide various shapes of knife molds according to customer requirements to achieve the molding and die-cutting of battery electrode plates of different sizes.

MSK-180-S semi-automatic die-cutting machine is a device developed by Kejing Company for die-cutting the positive and negative plates of lithium-ion laminated batteries. This device uses pneumatic method to punch the single piece of the electrode plate, which can be placed in a glove box for use. It can also provide various shapes of knife molds according to customer requirements to achieve the molding and die-cutting of battery electrode plates of different sizes.

Glove box connected

  • Equipped with KF40 flange for connection, ensure that the instrument is connected to the driving air source (air compressor or gas cylinder) outside the glove box when used in the glove box. Require KF40 interface on glove box
  • When using the instrument in a glove box, it is recommended to drive the instrument with inert gas

Required air pressure

  • 0.5~1.0Mpa (recommended driving pressure 0.7MPa)
  • If the instrument is used in a glove box, inert gas driven equipment such as Ar should be used
  • If the device is used outside the glove box and needs to be driven by an air compressor, you can purchase an air compressor from our company

Application precautions

  • This slicer can be used in conjunction with the MSK-120 aluminum-plastic film forming machine
  • The cut electrode pieces are intact and free of burrs, and can be directly used in downstream processes of battery production, such as stacking with a laminating machine MSK-111A or welding with ultrasonic welding MSK-800
  • The device is designed to be compact and easy to operate in a glove box. The entire battery production can be carried out in an Ar gas environment, such as the production of Li-S batteries, Li air batteries, Li ion solid-state batteries, or lithium-ion half batteries
