PCE-22 is a heatable ultraviolet ozone cleaner with a heating temperature of up to 150 ℃. This device can be used to clean various substrates, laying a foundation for producing high-quality films. Specially suitable for removing photoresist, improving surface wettability, cleaning SEM&TEM, UV modification of polymers, etc.
UV ozone cleaning provides an acid free, dry, and non-destructive atomic level cleaning method, particularly suitable for removing some organic compounds. UV lamps mainly emit two wavelengths of light: 185nm and 254nm. 185nm light can convert oxygen in the air into ozone, while 254nm light can break bonds in compounds, especially carbon carbon bonds. So the combination of these two wavelengths of light can effectively remove organic compounds.
