Application precautions

During the experiment, an inert gas protective atmosphere must be introduced into the quartz tube to protect the graphite crucible and C-type thermocouple. The intake flow rate should be less than 200sccm (200ml/min)

The internal pressure of the quartz tube must be<0.02MPa (relative pressure)

The gas cylinder used must be equipped with a pressure reducing valve (which can be purchased from our company)
