Seahorse XFe24 Real time Cell Metabolism AnalyzerMeasure the oxygen consumption rate (OCR) and extracellular acidification rate (ECAR) of live cells in a 24 well plate format.
OCR and ECAR are key indicators of mitochondrial respiration, glycolysis, and ATP production rate. Combining these detection results can characterize the cellular metabolic functions of cultured cells and in vitro samples at the system level.
