Seahorse XF Pro Real time Cell Metabolism AnalyzerMeasure and report the oxygen consumption rate (OCR), proton release rate (PER), extracellular acidification rate (ECAR), and ATP production rate of live cells using a 96 well specification. This analyzer has outstanding OCR accuracy at low rates, validated performance, optimized temperature control, and is compatible with automation.
OCR, PER, and ATP production rates are key measurements of energy metabolism and important indicators of mitochondrial health, toxicity, glycolysis, and overall cellular function/dysfunction. The comprehensive analysis of these test results can characterize the cellular metabolic functions of cultured cells and in vitro samples at the system level.
