This device is required to be used at a temperature of 25 ℃± 15 ℃ and a humidity of 55% Rh ± 10% Rh.

1. Water: The equipment is equipped with a self circulating cooling water machine (adding purified water or deionized water)

2. Electricity: AC380V 50Hz, must have good grounding

3. Gas: The equipment chamber needs to be filled with argon gas (with a purity of 99.99% or above), and a self-contained argon gas cylinder (with a Ø 6mm double socket joint) and pressure reducing valve are required

4. Workbench: Floor standing, equipment installation area of 2.5M × 1M

5. Ventilation device: required

① After filling is completed, turn on the power switch of the equipment and adjust the crucible speed (1-20 rpm)

② Operate the vacuum pump group to evacuate to 10-4Pa, close the manual baffle valve, open the manual valve to pressurize to -0.03MPa,
