2) Oil mist devices must not be installed before SMC ITV electrical proportional valves.
3) The SMC ITV electrical proportional valve cuts off the power supply in a pressurized state, and the outlet side pressure can be temporarily maintained, but it cannot be maintained indefinitely.
4) The SMC ITV electrical proportional valve is in control mode. Due to power outages or other power losses, the outlet side pressure can be maintained once. In addition, when the outlet side is opened to the atmosphere, the pressure will continuously decrease until atmospheric pressure is reached.
5) After the SMC ITV electrical proportional valve is powered on, if the supply pressure is cut off, the solenoid valve will still operate, producing a buzzing sound and reducing its lifespan. Therefore, when cutting off the gas source, it is necessary to cut off the power supply.
6) There will be residual pressure below 0.005MPa on the outlet side of SMC ITV2000/ITV3000 electrical proportional valve. To reduce it to 0, a three-way valve should be installed at the outlet to discharge the residual pressure.

To avoid misoperation caused by interference signals, please implement the following measures.
1) Please add an online filter to the AC power cord to remove power noise.
2) Please try to isolate strong electrical facilities such as electric motors and power lines from this product and the wiring associated with it, so that this product is not affected
