The gas supply pressure enters the pilot chamber 5 through valve 1 from the SUP port, and the pilot chamber pressure rises. The gas pressure acts on the top of diaphragm 2, and the supply valve core 4 connected to diaphragm 2 opens, while the exhaust valve core 3 closes, generating output pressure. This output pressure is fed back to the control circuit 8 through sensor 6. Here, it is quickly compared and corrected with the target value until the output pressure is proportional to the input electrical signal, thereby obtaining a proportional change in output pressure and input electrical signal. Due to the absence of a nozzle baffle mechanism, the valve is insensitive to magazines and has high reliability.

Only one of the analog output and switch output can be selected for monitoring output. Only one of the current type (4-20mA) and voltage type (1-5V) can be selected for analog output. Only one PNP or NPN type can be selected for the switch output. The preset input form does not have monitoring output.
