2. Selection of pneumatic system
The vacuum furnace has the function of passing inert gas and is designed with inlet and outlet ports to provide atmosphere protection for samples during high temperature stages.

The gas source can be selected from gas cylinders or pipelines for centralized gas supply (the gas source is usually an accessory provided by the user).
3. Selection of furnace size
