RSR ELISA-IA-2 Antibody Detection Kit
Registration certificate number: National Medical Products Administration 20232400310
For scientific research and diagnostic use
RSR IA-2 Ab ELISA kit is used to quantitatively detect islet cell antigen 2 autoantibodies (IA-2 Ab) in human serum, and is suitable for diagnosis and prediction of type I diabetes. Islet cell autoantibodies become the landmark antibodies of type I diabetes by recognizing insulin, glutamic acid decarboxylase (GAD), islet cell antigen 2 (IA-2) and zinc transporter 8 (ZnT8). This kit can be used together with other islet cell autoantibody detection kits of our company, including GADAb and ZnT8 Ab enzyme immunoassay kit, to improve the sensitivity and specificity of type I diabetes diagnosis. Its testing results are reliable, suitable for use in clinical laboratories at all levels of hospitals, and can be used in conjunction with automated testing systems.
According to the 2015 diabetes related antibody standardization test validation (IASP2015), the sensitivity of this kit is 68%, the specificity is 100%, and the critical value is 7.5 U/mL (NIBSC 97/550).
Sample requirement: 50 microliters of human serum, avoid using lipid blood, hemolysis, and plasma samples.
Component characteristics: 96 well plate, liquid and freeze-dried powder
