1. Expected use:

This kit can specifically detect muscle associated protein antibodies in human serum or plasma using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). For scientific research purposes only.

2. Detection significance:

About 80% of patients with myasthenia gravis can detect thymic lesions. About 10% of these patients can develop thymoma, including thymic epithelial tumor (TET) or thymic cancer. The early diagnosis of thymoma and the implementation of thymectomy are of decisive significance for the prognosis of patients. Most of these patients have acetylcholine receptor antibodies (AChR Ab) in their bodies, which are biomarkers for assisting in the diagnosis of myasthenia gravis. ElisaRSR can be used?
