Product UsageUsed for selective isolation and cultivation of Streptococcus pneumoniae.
Inspection principle:Casein pancreatic enzyme digestion products, cardiac pancreatic enzyme digestion products, meat stomach enzyme digestion products, yeast extract powder, soluble starch provide carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins, and growth factors; Qingda mycin inhibits the growth of Gram negative bacteria; Sheep blood is a good nutrient for bacterial growth and reproduction. Adding blood to a basic culture medium at 45-50 ℃ can preserve certain heat sensitive growth factors in the blood, while preventing damage to blood cells.
