【 Usage 】

1.Flat plate coating method:

(1) Before use, balance the unopened penicillin bottle to room temperature.

(2) Aseptic operation: Open the quantitative strain bottle stopper, use a pipette to aspirate 1.1mL of the complex solution into the penicillin bottle, cover the bottle stopper, and vortex and shake510sMake the ball completely dissolved.

(3) Use a pipette to aspirate 100 μ mLSpread the bacterial solution evenly onto the test medium and control medium using a coating rod.

(4) Invert the plate and cultivate it under suitable conditions.

2. Liquid inoculation or pouring dish method:

(1) Before use, balance the unopened penicillin bottle to room temperature.
