K1550RJ hydrogen analyzer, thermal conductivity sensor detects the thermal conductivity of gas. The thermal conductivity sensor has a high sensitivity, low heat capacity, and non decaying component that does not require maintenance. To achieve accuracy and detection range that conventional thermal conductivity sensors cannot provide, there is a microprocessor inside that provides signal processing and temperature compensation. Due to the inherent high stability of the system, there is almost or no need for maintenance. The standard 4-20mA output is programmable for most models of K1550RJ. The secondary meter is packaged in a standard DIN enclosure (96 × 144mm) (optional lockable door with protection level IP54), and the sensor can be installed in this enclosure or remotely, depending on the actual application conditions. K1550RJ provides two concentration alarms with visual indication (LED) and power-off conversion contacts. Users can set their functions (high, low, or off) and hysteresis values. The measured concentration is displayed on a clear LCD screen, which also shows information and prompts that appear when setting and calibrating the instrument using the menu.
