The valve body (disc) and seat sealing surface of the pneumatic flange globe valve adopt conical sealing, which has low closing force, erosion resistance, and reliable sealing. The valve seat can be a replaceable valve seat, which can be freely combined with the sealing surface material of the closing element to meet the working conditions and extend the service life.
Pneumatic globe valve is a type of valve that is equipped with a pneumatic actuator. Working principle of pneumatic globe valve:

Pneumatic globe valve actuator:
The pneumatic actuator of flange pneumatic cast steel globe valve is generally divided into two types: pneumatic spring piston type and pneumatic cylinder piston type. The former is a single acting spring reset type, and the latter is a double acting gas closed gas open type. The pneumatic flange globe valve adopts a self sealing working principle. The medium enters the valve chamber from above the valve disc. Under the pressure of the medium, the closing force of the globe valve is small, while the opening force is large. The diameter of the valve stem can correspondingly reduce the impact force of the fluid. At the same time, under the pressure of the medium, this type of valve is also relatively tight. The principle that must be followed when installing a globe valve is that the fluid in the pipeline passes through the valve hole from bottom to top, commonly known as "low in, high out", and cannot be installed upside down.

9. The liquid valve should be configured to tilt the valve stem at a 10 ° angle relative to the horizontal plane to prevent liquid from flowing out along the valve stem. Even more serious is to avoid leakage.
10. After the air separation tower is almost not cold, the flange of the connecting valve is pre tightened in the cold state to prevent low-temperature leakage and low temperature leakage.
11. It is strictly prohibited to climb the valve stem as a scaffold during installation.
12. After all valves are in place, they should be opened and closed again, flexible and unobstructed, and qualified.
Valves should usually be positioned before installing pipelines. The pipeline should be natural and the position should not be difficult to avoid prestress.
14. Non metallic valves, some are hard and brittle, while others have low strength. When operating, the opening and closing force should not be too strong, especially not to make it sturdy. Also pay attention to object collisions.
15. When handling and installing valves, please pay attention to collision and scratching accidents.
When using a new valve, the seal should not be pressed too tightly to avoid leakage, and the valve stem should not be subjected to too much pressure, accelerating wear and making it difficult to open and close.
Before installing the valve, ensure that it meets the design requirements and relevant standards.
Before installing the valve, the interior of the pipeline should be cleaned to remove impurities such as iron filings, in order to prevent the valve sealing seat from being contaminated by foreign objects.
When installing the high-temperature valve, it is at room temperature. After use, the temperature rises, the bolt expands, and the gap increases, so it must be tightened again. This issue needs attention, otherwise it is easy to leak.
20. Install the valve and confirm whether the flow direction of the medium, installation form, and position of the handwheel comply with regulations.
