Suitable for use as an opening and closing mechanism in high-pressure and high-temperature pipelines such as primary and secondary steam valves in thermal power plants, as well as in high-temperature chemical pipelines. The valve body material is forged from carbon steel stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) or heat-resistant alloy steel, and the sealing surface is welded with hard alloy It is an opening and closing device with a heat dissipation device, welded to the pipeline by butt welding, suitable for high temperature and high pressure applications. Main technical parameters: nominal pressure: 16, 25, 32MPa, applicable temperature: 425 ℃, 450 ℃, 500 ℃, 540 ℃, mainly used in enterprises such as steel, metallurgy, power plants, and thermal power.
A shut-off valve that uses electricity as kinetic energy to achieve switching and regulation is also called an electric shut-off valve. Usually used in situations where frequent opening and closing are required to achieve large-scale centralized control. When working, the operation can be controlled by connecting to a 220VAC or 380V power supply. A control module can also be added to input control signals (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) for adjustment and control. A handwheel can also be installed for manual control when necessary. Characteristics of high-temperature electric globe valve:
(1) The structure is simpler than gate valves, making manufacturing and maintenance more convenient.
(2) The sealing surface is not easily worn or scratched, with good sealing performance. There is no relative sliding between the valve disc and the valve body sealing surface during opening and closing, so the wear and scratches are not severe, the sealing performance is good, and the service life is long.
(3) When opening and closing, the valve disc stroke is small, so the height of the globe valve is smaller than that of the gate valve, but the structural length is longer than that of the gate valve.
(4) The opening and closing torque is large, the opening and closing are laborious, and the opening and closing time is long.
(5) The fluid resistance is high due to the tortuous medium channels inside the valve body, resulting in high fluid resistance and high power consumption.
(6) When the nominal pressure PN of the medium flow direction is ≤ 16MPa, it is generally used to flow downstream, and the medium flows upward from below the valve disc; When the nominal pressure PN is ≥ 20MPa, reverse flow is generally used, and the medium flows downwards from the valve disc to increase the sealing energy. When in use, the medium of the shut-off valve can only flow in one direction and cannot change the flow direction.
(7) The valve disc is often eroded when fully open.

1. Electric globe valve is a type of on-site instrument. The ambient temperature is -25 ℃~60 ℃, and the relative humidity is less than 95%. When installed outdoors or in high-temperature environments, waterproof and cooling measures should be taken. Stay away from the vibration source or strengthen anti vibration measures at the location of the vibration source.
2. In general, the pipeline for installing electric shut-off valves should not be too high above the ground or ground level. When the height of the pipeline exceeds 2 meters, a platform should be set up to facilitate the operation and maintenance of the handwheel.
3. Electric globe valves usually require vertical installation, and can be installed at an angle in special circumstances. If the angle is large or the valve itself is too heavy, a bracket should be used to protect the valve.
Before installing the electric shut-off valve, the pipeline should be cleaned thoroughly to remove dirt and welding slag. After installation, to ensure that there are no impurities inside the valve body, the valve should be cleaned again by opening all valves when the medium enters to prevent impurities from sticking. After using the handwheel mechanism, it should return to its original neutral position.
5. When the electric shut-off valve malfunctions or is repaired, in order to continue the production process, the electric shut-off valve should be installed on the bypass pipeline. At the same time, special attention should be paid to whether the position of the electric shut-off valve meets the process requirements.
6. The electrical components of the electric globe valve need to be installed according to the structural requirements of their respective electrical equipment. Explosion proof products need to be installed in accordance with the requirements of the electrical equipment installation regulations in explosion-proof places. When installing cables with SBH type or other 6-core or 8-core rubber sleeves, the outer diameter of the cable is about 11.3mm. During use and maintenance, it is strictly prohibited to open the maintenance cover or pry open the explosion-proof surface in explosive areas. At the same time, do not bump or scratch the explosion-proof surface during disassembly and assembly, and restore it to its original explosion-proof state after repair.
7. After disassembling and repairing the electric shut-off valve reducer, please pay attention to oil lubrication. Generally, do not disassemble, clean, or add oil to low-speed motors. After assembly, the position of the check valve matches the position of the opening indicator.
8. Electric globe valves use the valve stem to lift and drive the valve head, changing the distance between the valve disc and seat to achieve valve on/off control. Therefore, electric globe valve is a widely used chemical valve, mainly used for production management and control, suitable for pipelines such as water, steam, compressed air, etc., but not suitable for materials with different viscosities and easy crystallization.
9. Different work environments result in different work styles. When users activate the electric shut-off valve, the clutch handle needs to be in the correct position. When operating the electric shut-off valve in the control room, it is necessary to turn on the remote control button and intelligently control the valve switch through the SCADA system. When using an electric globe valve, pay attention to the valve opening/closing indication and stem position. The electric glove valve cannot be manually adjusted and can only be fully opened or fully closed. If the valve flips due to improper operation, experienced operators or maintenance personnel should manually flip it from the half circle.
10. During the operation and management of the electric globe valve, if abnormal valve sound or flashing globe valve signal is detected through the indicator light, an alarm will be triggered.
