Explosion proof electric globe valveIt belongs to a forced sealing valve, so when the valve is closed, pressure must be applied to the valve disc to force the sealing surface not to leak. When the medium enters the valve from below the valve disc, the resistance that the operating force needs to overcome is the frictional force between the valve stem and packing and the thrust generated by the pressure of the medium. The force to close the cut-off valve is greater than the force to open the cut-off valve, so the diameter of the valve stem should be larger, otherwise the valve stem bending fault may occur. The electric flange ball valve connected globe valve is suitable for cutting off or connecting pipeline media in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power industries with a nominal pressure of PN1.6~16MPa and a working temperature of -29~550 ℃. The driving methods include manual, gear transmission, electric, pneumatic, etc.

3、 Structural characteristics of explosion-proof cast steel electric globe valve
1. Carefully selected materials, in compliance with relevant domestic and international standards, with a reasonable structure and beautiful appearance.
2. The sealing surface of the valve disc and seat is made of iron-based alloy or Stellite cobalt based hard alloy, which has good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and long service life.
3. The valve stem has undergone quenching and surface nitriding treatment, providing excellent corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
4. Various piping flange standards and flange sealing surface types can be adopted to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.
5. The valve body material variety is complete, and the packing and gasket can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements, which can be suitable for various pressure, temperature, and medium working conditions.
6. The reverse seal is made by connecting the sealing seat with threads or welding austenitic stainless steel on the body, ensuring reliable sealing. The replacement of the packing can be carried out without stopping the machine, which is convenient and fast, and does not affect the operation of the system.

4、 Advantages of intelligent integrated explosion-proof cast steel electric globe valve
1. The structure is simple, and manufacturing and maintenance are relatively convenient.
2. Small work schedule and short opening and closing time.
3. Good sealing performance, low friction between sealing surfaces, and long service life.
4. The structural forms of the bellows globe valve body include straight through, straight through, and right angle. Straight through structures are common, but they have high fluid resistance. Direct flow fluid has low resistance and is commonly used for fluids containing solid particles or high viscosity. Right angle valve bodies are often forged and suitable for globe valves with smaller diameters and higher pressures.
5. The friction force of the sealing surface during the opening and closing process is smaller than that of the gate valve, and it is wear-resistant.

The CPU monitors and collects real-time actuator status signals, controls the motor drive of the controlled valve, continuously collects valve position signals in real-time through high-precision potentiometers or value encoders, and achieves precise control of the valve through modern industrial control software algorithms. Simultaneously transmit real-time data to the remote control room. The principle, comprehensive functions, long-term stability and reliability, high integration, low heat generation, easy loading and unloading, and simple maintenance of the electric actuator control module. It can be quickly set up non invasively through infrared remote control or operation panel buttons.

To ensure the normal operation of the electric globe valve, please check whether the configuration of the electric globe valve meets the design requirements before installing a new valve. 1. Electric globe valve is a type of on-site instrument. The ambient temperature is -25 ℃~60 ℃, and the relative humidity is less than 95%. When installed outdoors or in high-temperature environments, waterproof and cooling measures should be taken. Stay away from the vibration source or strengthen anti vibration measures at the location of the vibration source.
2. In general, the pipeline for installing electric shut-off valves should not be too high above the ground or ground level. When the height of the pipeline exceeds 2 meters, a platform should be set up to facilitate the operation and maintenance of the handwheel.
3. Electric globe valves usually require vertical installation, and can be installed at an angle in special circumstances. If the angle is large or the valve itself is too heavy, a bracket should be used to protect the valve.
Before installing the electric shut-off valve, the pipeline should be cleaned thoroughly to remove dirt and welding slag. After installation, to ensure that there are no impurities inside the valve body, the valve should be cleaned again by opening all valves when the medium enters to prevent impurities from sticking. After using the handwheel mechanism, it should return to its original neutral position.
5. When the electric shut-off valve malfunctions or is repaired, in order to continue the production process, the electric shut-off valve should be installed on the bypass pipeline. At the same time, special attention should be paid to whether the position of the electric shut-off valve meets the process requirements.
6. The electrical components of the electric globe valve need to be installed according to the structural requirements of their respective electrical equipment. Explosion proof products need to be installed in accordance with the requirements of the electrical equipment installation regulations in explosion-proof places. When installing cables with SBH type or other 6-core or 8-core rubber sleeves, the outer diameter of the cable is about 11.3mm. During use and maintenance, it is strictly prohibited to open the maintenance cover or pry open the explosion-proof surface in explosive areas. At the same time, do not bump or scratch the explosion-proof surface during disassembly and assembly, and restore it to its original explosion-proof state after repair.
7. After disassembling and repairing the electric shut-off valve reducer, please pay attention to oil lubrication. Generally, do not disassemble, clean, or add oil to low-speed motors. After assembly, the position of the check valve matches the position of the opening indicator.
8. Electric globe valves use the valve stem to lift and drive the valve head, changing the distance between the valve disc and seat to achieve valve on/off control. Therefore, electric globe valve is a widely used chemical valve, mainly used for production management and control, suitable for pipelines such as water, steam, compressed air, etc., but not suitable for materials with different viscosities and easy crystallization.
9. Different work environments result in different work styles. When users activate the electric shut-off valve, the clutch handle needs to be in the correct position. When operating the electric shut-off valve in the control room, it is necessary to turn on the remote control button and intelligently control the valve switch through the SCADA system. When using an electric globe valve, pay attention to the valve opening/closing indication and stem position. The electric glove valve cannot be manually adjusted and can only be fully opened or fully closed. If the valve flips due to improper operation, experienced operators or maintenance personnel should manually flip it from the half circle.
10. During the operation and management of the electric globe valve, if abnormal valve sound or flashing globe valve signal is detected through the indicator light, an alarm will be triggered.
