It consists of an electric actuator and a shut-off valve. The opening and closing component of the electric flange shut-off valve is a plug shaped valve disc, with a flat or conical sealing surface. The valve disc moves linearly along the centerline of the fluid. The movement form of the valve stem includes a lifting rod type (the valve stem is lifted and lowered without the handwheel lifting), as well as a lifting rotating rod type (the handwheel rotates and lifts together with the valve stem, and the nut is set on the valve body). Electric flange globe valves are only suitable for fully open and fully closed, and are not allowed to be adjusted or throttled. Electric cast steel globe valves are suitable for cutting off or connecting pipeline media in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power industries. Applicable media include water, oil, steam, acidic media, etc. The operation modes include manual, gear transmission, electric, pneumatic, etc.

The electric cast steel globe valve consists of an electric actuator and a globe valve. Equipped with a multi turn electric actuator, it can achieve adjustment and tight cutting of the medium. The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB12235, with a reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance, and beautiful appearance.

The sealing surface of the valve disc and seat is made of iron-based alloy or Stellite drill based hard welding, which is wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, scratch resistant, and has a long service life.

The valve stem has undergone quenching and surface nitriding treatment, providing excellent corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.

Various piping flange standards and flange sealing surface types can be adopted to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.

The valve body material variety is complete, and the packing and gasket can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements, which can be applicable to various pressure, temperature, and medium working conditions.

The reverse seal is made by connecting the sealing seat with threads or welding austenitic stainless steel on the body, ensuring reliable sealing. The replacement of the packing can be carried out conveniently and quickly without stopping the machine, without affecting the operation of the system.

1. Electric globe valve is a field instrument. The ambient temperature should be -25-60 ° C, and the relative humidity should be below 95%. When installed outdoors or in high-temperature environments, please take waterproof and cooling measures. Stay away from the vibration source or strengthen the anti vibration measures at the location of the vibration source.

2. In general, pipelines equipped with electric shut-off valves should not be too high from the ground or above. If the height of the pipeline exceeds 2 meters, a platform should be provided for the operation and maintenance of the handwheel.

3. Electric globe valves usually require vertical installation, but in special cases, they can be installed at an angle. For example, if the inclination angle is large or the valve itself is too heavy, a bracket should be used to protect the valve.

4. Before installing the electric shut-off valve, the pipeline should be cleaned thoroughly to remove dirt and welding slag. After installation, to ensure that there are no impurities inside the valve body, the valve should be cleaned again by opening all valves when introducing the medium to prevent impurities from getting stuck. After using the handwheel mechanism, it should return to its original neutral position.

5. In order to continue the production process in case of malfunction or maintenance of the electric shut-off valve, a bypass pipeline should be installed on the electric shut-off valve. At the same time, special attention should be paid to whether the position of the electric shut-off valve meets the process requirements.

6. The electrical components of electric globe valves must be installed according to the structural requirements of their respective electrical equipment. Explosion proof products must be installed in accordance with the requirements of the electrical equipment installation regulations for explosion-proof places. If the power cord adopts SBH type or other six core or eight core rubber sheathed installation cables, the outer diameter is about Φ 11.3mm. During use and maintenance, it is strictly prohibited to open the maintenance cover or pry open the explosion-proof surface in explosive areas. At the same time, during the disassembly and assembly process, do not knock or scratch the explosion-proof surface. After the repair is completed, restore it to its original explosion-proof state.

7. After disassembling and repairing the electric shut-off valve reducer, please pay attention to oil lubrication. Generally, do not disassemble, clean, or add oil to low-speed motors. After assembly, check if the valve position matches the position open indicator.
