The electric actuator ZB30-24 has a protection level of ExDI and is suitable for operating globe valves and other valves. It has a protection level of IP65, an output torque range of 50-10000Nm, and an output speed range of 12-36rpm. It is a driving device that enables valve opening, closing, or regulating control. Can be used for both open stem valves and concealed stem valves. Widely used in pipelines for explosive gases or coal mine bottom mining faces, with stable quality and good explosion-proof performance. J941H, J941Y, J941W electric flange globe valves and flange gate valves belong to the same type of valve, consisting of an electric or pneumatic actuator and a globe valve. The difference is that its closing element is a valve body, and the valve body rotates around the centerline of the valve body to achieve opening and closing. Gate valves are mainly used in pipelines to cut off, distribute, and change the flow direction of media. The opening and closing component of J941H flange type globe valve is a plug shaped valve disc, with a flat or conical sealing surface. The valve disc moves linearly along the centerline of the fluid. The movement form of the valve stem includes a lifting rod type (the valve stem is lifted and lowered without the handwheel lifting), as well as a lifting rotating rod type (the handwheel rotates and lifts together with the valve stem, and the nut is set on the valve body). Globe valves are only suitable for fully open and fully closed, and are not allowed to be adjusted or throttled.

J941H flange globe valve belongs to the forced sealing type valve, so when the valve is closed, pressure must be applied to the valve disc to force the sealing surface not to leak. When the medium enters the valve from below the valve disc, the resistance that the operating force needs to overcome is the frictional force between the valve stem and the packing, as well as the thrust generated by the pressure of the medium. The force required to close the valve is greater than the force required to open it, so the diameter of the valve stem should be larger, otherwise the valve stem bending fault may occur. In recent years, with the emergence of self sealing valves, the flow of medium in shut-off valves has shifted from above the valve disc into the valve chamber. Under the pressure of the medium, the force required to close the valve is small, while the force required to open the valve is large, resulting in a corresponding reduction in the diameter of the valve stem. Meanwhile, under the influence of the medium, this type of valve is also relatively tight. The "Three Modernizations" of valves in our country once stipulated that the flow direction of globe valves should be from top to bottom.

1. Full Chinese display: The integrated multi turn electric actuator window adopts high-definition LCD digital, full Chinese, and symbol LCD display.

2. Automatic phase sequence correction: The rotation direction of the actuator can be freely set, and the phase sequence of the power supply can also be freely corrected.

3. Phase loss protection: It has the function of power phase loss protection.

4. Control mode: Conventional remote control signals use 4-20mA analog signal control, providing 4-20mA signal feedback (special quantity control can be provided). Remote control signals and feedback signals are electrically isolated from the internal system.

5. Suspension delay protection: avoids or reduces the reactive force borne by mechanical parts due to inertia. This protection function is applicable to both on-site control mode and remote control mode.

6. Electronic interlock protection: When a command is being executed and remains valid, and another reverse control command is applied (i.e. both commands exist and are valid), the electric actuator will stop executing the next command after completing one command.

7. Instantaneous over torque protection: When the opening or closing torque is instantly pushed open, the valve will stop and not move. Even if the torque switch is instantly pushed open and closed, the valve will not move. Only one reverse action can release the over torque protection.

8. On site remote control switching: The on-site remote control can be freely switched, making it convenient and fast for users to debug and maintain.

The ZB30-24 explosion-proof valve electric actuator for coal safety mining has the characteristics of comprehensive functions, reliable performance, control system *, small size, light weight, and easy use and maintenance. Valves can be remotely controlled, centrally controlled, and automatically controlled. Widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, papermaking, and wastewater treatment.

The performance of the electric actuator ZB30-24 for explosion-proof valves used in coal mining meets the requirements of JB/T8528-1997 "Technical Conditions for Ordinary Valve Electric Devices". The performance of the explosion-proof type complies with the provisions of GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements", GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Explosion proof Type" d "", and JB/T8529-1997 "Technical Conditions for Explosion proof Valve Electric Devices".

Working environment and main technical parameters

1. Power supply: The motor is three-phase AC, 380V (special order 660V or 220V), 50Hz (special order 60Hz); The control line is 220V, 50Hz (special order 60Hz); Remote control is 24VDC.

2.2 Relative humidity: ≤ 90% (at 25 ℃).

2.3 Protection type: Ordinary type and outdoor type are used in places without flammable, explosive, and non corrosive media, with the ordinary type used indoors; There are two types of explosion-proof products, d Ⅰ and d Ⅱ BT4. d Ⅰ is suitable for non mining working faces in coal mines; DIIBT4 is used in factories and is suitable for explosive gas mixtures in environments of IIA and IIB levels T1 to T4. 2.4 Protection level: IP55 for outdoor and explosion-proof types (special order IP67).

Model example: Z30-18W/Z (380) M: represents a multi turn integrated switch type valve electric device, with a nameplate output torque of 300N · m (30kgf · m), a rated output speed of 18r/min, and a rated working voltage of AC 380V.

7. The reverse seal is made by connecting the sealing seat with threads or welding austenitic stainless steel on the body, ensuring reliable sealing. The replacement of the packing can be carried out without stopping the machine, which is convenient and fast, and does not affect the operation of the system.

1. Generally, the valve is adjusted to close on the right-hand side before leaving the factory. For example, special instructions should be provided when selecting an electrical installation for a left-hand valve;

Electrical control part

The electrical control of the valve is designed according to the "95" standard for valve electric devices formulated by the Planning and Design Institute of the Ministry of Electric Power. Its characteristic is to adapt to the improvement of power station automation level and meet the needs of computer control. Therefore, four micro switches can be added to the travel control mechanism for opening and closing directions (intermediate switches can be added to the opening indicator for special orders).
