4working principle

Online multi frequency microwave moisture measuring instrumentThe transmitting probe emits microwave energy from below the belt, penetrates the entire object being measured, and the receiving probe above the belt receives the microwave energy lost by the object being measured. Combined with an ultrasonic height compensation probe, it measures the thickness of the material.

Based on the attenuation of microwave energy values, the instantaneous height of the material is calculated using an ultrasonic height compensation probe. By calculating the ratio of the total microwave energy lost to the instantaneous height value, a more accurate moisture content of the material is determined.
