1、 Working principle

Dual capacitor solid flow/velocity measuring instrumentSimultaneously measure the concentration and flow rate of bulk materials, use these two measurement values and the predetermined inner diameter of the pipeline to calculate the mass and flow rate, and output them through the communication unit JKSkon.

Concentration measurement: JKSmas utilizes the principle of capacitance measurement to generate a uniform electromagnetic field. When the bulk material passes through the sensor, the capacitance of the measured electromagnetic field increases due to the higher dielectric constant of the bulk material compared to air. The change in capacitance is directly proportional to the concentration of bulk material inside the measuring pipeline. Calibration can be performed by filling the entire sensor pipeline with bulk material or using the reference weighing method.

Speed measurement: Particles are captured on two sensors with a certain distance, and their flight time is calculated through correlation to obtain the speed (unit: meters/second). Since this is an absolute time measurement method, there is no need to calibrate the speed measurement.

The independent communication unit JKScon is equipped with a four row LCD display and function buttons, with the following output interfaces: 2 analog outputs (4-20mA) and 3 relay outputs.

The JKSMAS dual capacitor solid flow/velocity measuring instrument comes in 10 different sizes - from DN25 to DN300 (1 to 12 inches). Sensors can be connected using DIN/EN or ANSI flanges. Due to the variety of sizes available, integration becomes easier and in most cases, there is no need for additional modifications to existing pipelines.

Due to the reduction of installation accessories, the height can be lowered and space can be saved. In situations with very high traffic, there is no risk of blockage caused by diameter changes. Special HT type can be used for high-temperature applications:
