Overview

The dust leak detector of the visual bag filter adopts the principle of AC electrostatic induction. When charged particles come into contact with or pass through the measuring rod attachment, an induced electromotive force is generated on the measuring rod, which is proportional to the dust concentration. This electromotive force is measured and amplified, and the DC interference signal is eliminated through intelligent calculation. Only the AC part of the signal is used to calculate the dust content, and the corresponding output is a 4-20mA signal or alarm switch signal.

JKS-FCC100Bag filter dust leak detectorThe basic principle of charge induction detection technology is that high-speed airflow with particles causes them to rub and collide with each other, making the particles charged. Through electrostatic induction, the electrode generates a small current, which is proportional to the emission of particles. Therefore, the size of dust concentration can be reflected by detecting the induced current on the electrode. According to the different methods of extracting surface signal quantities of electrodes, they can be divided into DC coupling and AC coupling techniques, which are distinguished as follows:

Comparison of AC coupling and DC coupling technologies

1)DC coupling technology is used to filter out all AC signals generated on the electrode surface, extract DC offset signals generated by friction, impact, and induction, and reflect the concentration of dust through the strength of the offset signal.

2)AC coupling technology only extracts and analyzes the AC signals generated by charge induction on the electrode surface, filters out the DC signals generated by friction and contact, and generates dynamic induced charges on the electrode surface when charged dust particles pass near the electrode. The moving charges will generate alternating current. When a large amount of dust passes through the induction probe, the signal is superimposed, amplified and filtered, and the fluctuation of the alternating signal around the mean is analyzed to reflect the concentration of dust.
