The online low turbidity detection system can be used for high-precision turbidity measurement in drinking water. This system can be directly connected to PLC to achieve seamless integration with industrial control systems. Any computer can be used to display data, calibrate, and customize measurement systems. Report data using standard current loops and optional relay alarms. Using a smaller volume according to Formazin standards to save calibration costs; Save space, time, and cost.

In the application of turbidity in drinking water, DataStick uses pre calibrated plug-in optical detectors. DataStick is inserted into a sampling chamber specifically designed for measuring water turbidity.

The sampling chamber removes foam from the water so that solid particles can be detected. The lamp in the sampling room provides 3 years less collimated white light and is easy to replace at the top of the sampling room.

Because the sampling chamber is only 135ml, only a small amount of Formazine is needed to complete EPA calibration.

The TDW38 drinking water turbidity system is part of the DataStick product family. DataStick can use any sensor probe manufactured by AquaSensors and can directly communicate with industrial computer systems using the provided communication adapter. AquaSenors AV38 on-site display is a standard requirement for this turbidity system. If AV38 is not required, any number of turbidity systems can be digitally networked to a single computer interface. Calibration, setup, diagnosis, and measurement can be performed using open protocol commands.
