Calibration and maintenance

  • Calibration process

    • 100% saturation calibration: The constant temperature water bath is exposed to air for 15 minutes, and the sensor is immersed until the reading fluctuation is ≤ ± 0.05mg/L before saving the data;

    • 0% saturation calibration: The sensor is immersed in oxygen free water or nitrogen saturated water, and the reading is saved after it stabilizes;

    • On site simple calibration: Rinse the membrane cap with clean water and cover it with a damp cloth. If the fluctuation is less than 0.3mg/L within 2 minutes, it can be completed.

  • routine maintenance

    • Membrane cap: Check the cleanliness every month, rinse with clean water and wipe with a soft cloth to avoid scratching by hard objects; It is recommended to replace it after more than 1 year of use, and recalibration is required after replacement;

    • Shell and wire: Rinse with clean water and wipe with a soft cloth to prevent dirt accumulation from affecting the measurement.
