With the advantages of "high precision, multiple adaptability, and easy operation and maintenance", it meets the long-term stable monitoring needs of scenarios such as thermal power, chemical industry, metallurgy, environmental protection, and tap water.

1、 Core performance: Accurate and stable, adaptable to complex working conditions

  • Parameter advantages: The measurement range covers 0.5-2000mS/cm, with an accuracy of ± 2% reading or ± 1mS/cm (whichever is greater), and a resolution of 0.01mS/cm; Built in Pt1000 temperature sensor, temperature measurement accuracy ± 0.5 ℃, can automatically compensate for the influence of 0-55 ℃ ambient temperature on measurement. The split type model supports a wide temperature range of -30-150 ℃.

  • Durable design: The integrated model shell is made of PEEK/PFA material, and the split type can be selected with SS316L, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion; The protection level is IP68, with an integrated resistance to 2.1MPa pressure and a split type resistance to 2.1MPa. It is suitable for corrosive water bodies such as sewage and chemical solutions. The longest cable can reach 500 meters and supports remote setting and calibration.

  • Stable Communication: Adopting Modbus RTU protocol, default baud rate of 9600, device address of 24, seamless integration with PLC or data platform, real-time transmission of conductivity, resistivity, TDS and other data, meeting the requirements of intelligent monitoring.

2、 Installation adaptation: Multi scene coverage, flexible and convenient

Industrial online acid-base concentration electrode PEEKThe sensor provides 7 installation methods, suitable for different working conditions:
  • Flange type: Suitable for DN65 and above pipelines/storage tanks, with 316L/PVDF material for liquid receiving flanges to ensure sealing;

  • Sleeve type: equipped with NPT2 "liner, used for G2" and above threaded pipelines;

  • Clamp type: quick connect flange design, quick disassembly and assembly, suitable for DN75 low-pressure pipelines;

  • There are also circulating cups, plug-in flanges, sunken flanges, and three-way flange installations for pipelines, covering open containers, low-pressure pipelines, storage tanks, and other scenarios. During installation, it is only necessary to ensure that the sensor measurement hole is parallel to the flow path and the liquid is filled.

3、 Calibration and maintenance: low threshold, easy to operate

  • Calibration method: Supports standard solution calibration (1413 μ S/cm, 12.88mS/cm) and five point calibration (calibration from low to high concentration, at least 2 points are sufficient). The calibration status is fed back in real-time through a register, and when successful, it returns "8". Malfunctions can be quickly investigated.

  • Daily maintenance: Use SW20/SW32 wrench for disassembly and assembly, with a torque not exceeding 20N · m; the cable should be isolated from strong electricity, and avoid liquid immersion above the G3/4 thread mouth. Drifting for 5-15 minutes after power failure and restart is normal, and there is no need to frequently replace components for long-term use.
