Working principle of electric flange globe valve:
The opening and closing component of the electric flange globe valve is a plug shaped valve disc, with a flat or conical sealing surface. By relying on electric thrust to rotate the valve stem, the valve disc moves linearly along the centerline of the fluid, making the sealing surface of the valve disc tightly fit the sealing surface of the valve seat and preventing the flow of the medium. 1. Electric globe valve is a field instrument. The ambient temperature should be -25-60 ° C, and the relative humidity should be below 95%. When installed outdoors or in high-temperature environments, please take waterproof and cooling measures. Stay away from the vibration source or strengthen the anti vibration measures at the location of the vibration source.
2. In general, pipelines equipped with electric shut-off valves should not be too high from the ground or above. If the height of the pipeline exceeds 2 meters, a platform should be provided for the operation and maintenance of the handwheel.
3. Electric globe valves usually require vertical installation, but in special cases, they can be installed at an angle. For example, if the inclination angle is large or the valve itself is too heavy, a bracket should be used to protect the valve.
4. Before installing the electric shut-off valve, the pipeline should be cleaned thoroughly to remove dirt and welding slag. After installation, to ensure that there are no impurities inside the valve body, the valve should be cleaned again by opening all valves when introducing the medium to prevent impurities from getting stuck. After using the handwheel mechanism, it should return to its original neutral position.
5. In order to continue the production process in case of malfunction or maintenance of the electric shut-off valve, a bypass pipeline should be installed on the electric shut-off valve. 6. The electrical components of electric globe valves must be installed according to the structural requirements of their respective electrical equipment.
