NS-90 PlusNano Particle AnalyzerIt is a new product developed by Zhuhai Ouaike Instrument Co., Ltd. after successfully introducing and absorbing Malvern Panalytical nanoparticle characterization technology, which further optimizes optical electronic measurement technology and analytical performance based on the previous generation NS-90.
NS-90 PlusNano Particle AnalyzerThe dynamic light scattering technique is used to measure the particle size of particles, while the static light scattering technique is also used to determine the molecular weight of proteins and polymers. The NS-90 Plus has upgraded its compatibility with multiple sample pools (optional) by integrating Malvern Panaco technology, and its ability to analyze sample concentration and particle size ranges has also been significantly improved.
At the same time, the instrument widely adopts high-quality optoelectronic components from the global supply chain and Scrum software iterative upgrade development mode, making it have high quality and the ability to upgrade management and reporting functions according to changes in user needs. High quality hardware such as imported avalanche photodiode (APD) detectors, He Ne gas laser light sources, and high-performance correlators, coupled with precise internal temperature control devices, sealed fiber optic path design, and advanced software algorithms, jointly ensure high reproducibility, accuracy, and sensitivity of data. The NS-90 Plus supports SOP standardization operations and has audit, permission management, and electronic signature functions that are compatible with CFDA GMP's "Computerized Systems and Validation" requirements. It also has intelligent feedback and optimization suggestions for test data quality, making it convenient for users to use.

Working Principle:
NS-90 PlusTwo testing techniques are integrated into a compact instrument:
Dynamic light scattering technology
The NS-90 Plus uses classic 90 ° angle Dynamic Light Scattering/DLS technology)Technology is used to measure particles and their particle size. This technology uses a photodetector to measure the scattered light intensity fluctuation signals generated by Brownian motion of particles in the sample, calculates the correlation function through a digital correlator to analyze the diffusion rate of particles, and then calculates the particle size and distribution using the Stokes Einstein equation. The particle size measured by this technology is the hydrodynamic equivalent diameter, which is calculated by calculating the equivalent diameter of a hard sphere with the same diffusion rate. The dynamic light scattering method is also known as Photon Correlation Spectroscopy/PCS.

Static light scattering technology
The NS-90 Plus uses Static Light Scattering (SLS) technology to non invasively characterize the molar mass, or molecular weight, of protein monomers, aggregates, or polymers in solutions and colloids. In the description of molecular weight calculation using the Debye method, the scattered light intensity generated by particles is proportional to the square of the weight average molecular weight and the particle concentration. By using the Debye method to measure the static scattered light intensity of a sample with a concentration gradient, the molecular weight of proteins and polymers can be calculated. Unlike dynamic light scattering technology, static light scattering technology measures the average intensity of scattered light over a period of time. The molecular weight unit is Da (Dalton) or g/mol.
