Optimized optical path structure
1. The optical path adopts a Fourier transform structure after the lens, and the maximum receiving angle is not limited by the aperture of the Fourier lens.
2. The light source adopts a He Ne gas laser emitter, which has the advantages of good monochromaticity, high coherence, small divergence angle, and strong stability compared to other laser emitters. At the same time, an integrated laser emitter design is adopted, effectively reducing the influence of thermal deformation of the laser tube and external mechanical vibration on the stability of the instrument.
