Product UsageUsed for the isolation and cultivation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in microbial products.
Inspection principle:Protein peptone provides a nitrogen source; Sulfate magnesium and phosphate hydrogen dipotassium provide essential ions; Hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide, as a quaternary ammonium cationic surfactant, can release nitrogen and phosphorus from cells while inhibiting non purulent bacteria; Naphthalene ketone acid is a selective antibacterial agent; Agar is a coagulant.

Usage:In a clean environment, the packaging can be opened for use, and sterile operation should be taken into account.
Quality control of NAC agar plates：
1. The sterilization method for this product is wet heat sterilization: 121 ℃ high-pressure steam sterilization for 15 minutes.
2. The following quality control strains were inoculated onto the test medium and cultured at 30-35 ℃ for 18-24 hours. The results are as follows:

Storage conditions and shelf life:Store at 2-25 ℃, away from light. Please refer to the packaging for the expiration date.
Notes:Disposable agar plates should be stored in a refrigerator at a certain distance from the condenser tube of the storage container to avoid freezing damage. Repeated changes in the product between low and normal temperatures can cause bleeding of the agar, which is a normal phenomenon. Before use, it should be equilibrated to room temperature and pre dried in a sterile drying oven as much as possible.
