The NVS night vision equipment multifunctional testing system is a modular testing system that can test long-range night vision aiming equipmentIt also supports testing short-range night vision goggles and binocular night vision goggles. Therefore, the NVS testing system is a multifunctional testing system. The NVS testing system adopts a modular design, including a set of switchable transmissive light tubes, movable light sources, and a set of target modules.

The testing process of NVS testing system is based on the recommendations of MIL series standards.

The NVS measurement system projects an image of a standard target onto a horizontally fixed night vision device under test. By adjusting two knobs, the operator can control the intensity of light transmitted to the measured night vision device and the type of target. The measured device generates an image of a distorted standard target. By observing with the human eye or using measuring tools such as a luminance meter to evaluate the distorted image, important parameters of the measured device can be obtained.

The NVS measurement system is capable of measuring all types of night vision devices by using different transmissive parallel light tubes and a set of targets. Suitable parallel light tubes, targets, and aligned night vision devices must be prepared before measurement. If only testing short-range night vision goggles and small night vision devices, NVT/NV14 testing is recommended
