ORI Optical Lens Testing SystemIt is a universal optical lens testing system. This system can measure all important parameters of the lens: MTF, resolution, EFL, Distortion, vignetting, transmittance, BFL, Working focal length, depth of focus, field curvature, chromatic aberration, etc.
The testable bands cover VIS, NIR, SWIR, MWIR, and LWIR, and can also be used to test multi band optical systems such as VIS-SWIR and MWIR-LWIR.
System Principles
Principle of ORI testing system: The target generator is placed on the focal plane of the tested lens to form a projection system. The transmitted parallel light enters the parallel light tube and finally forms an image on the receiving surface of the camera.
The biggest feature of the ORI testing system is the use of reverse light path measurement principle, which has advantages over general positive light path measurement systems.
ORI can expand its testing capabilities through a series of additional options:
1. A version optimized for testing the folding optical lens. Please add the letter U to the selected version of the code. A detailed mechanical diagram of the tested folding lens is required.
2. Able to conduct sensitivity testing of lenses to stray light, with a range of at least 20001. Please add the letter SL to the selected version of the code.
3. Support alignment measurement of the axis of rotation of the tested lens during zooming or focusing. Please add the letter ROR to the selected version of the code
4. Able to test lenses with a focal length as short as 1mm and a field of view as large as 120 °. Please add the letter WFOV in the selected version of the code.
5. Able to test lenses with apertures up to 700mm and focal lengths up to 6000mm. Please add the letter BIG to the selected version of the code
6. Night vision devices capable of testing optical objectives (simulating glass input image enhancement tubes). Please add the letter NV to the selected version of the code
7. Able to test the thermal performance of VIS/NIR/SWIR/MWIR/LWIR lenses. Please add the letter EX to the selected version of the code.
