1. Sliding contact wire conduit: It is a semi enclosed shaped tubular component that is the main part of the safety sliding contact wire. It can be embedded with 2-9 guide rails as power supply wires as needed, and each guide rail is insulated from each other and from the outer shell to ensure the safety of power supply. And effectively prevent electric shock accidents for maintenance personnel during live maintenance. The length of each produced conduit is 6m, and it can be connected to any desired length. Generally, conduits are made in straight lines, but can also be made in circular arcs according to special requirements.

2. The sliding contact wire conductor is a set of brush housing frames that run inside the conduit. The sliding contact wire is driven by a fork (or traction chain, etc.) placed on the electrical mechanism (such as a crane, trolley, electric hoist, etc.) to synchronize with the motor, transmitting the electrical energy of the sliding contact wire brush through the guide rail to the motor or other control components. Order of installation tasks
1. Install the angle steel bracket along the track at the preset position, and the spacing between the brackets should follow the standard spacing as much as possible, ensuring a parallel position with the centerline of the track.
2. Install the hanging clip on the angle steel bracket, insert the nut into the appropriate position, and ensure that the hanging clip can still move left and right on the long hole of the bracket.
3. Install the sliding wire guide rod from one end of the track, with a distance of 750mm from the end to the first bracket as much as possible.
4. Assemble terminal sheath, joint and joint sheath, power input and sheath.
5. Install expansion components and set the gap between components reasonably according to the on-site ambient temperature.
6. Install the fixing clip.
7. Select a reasonable location on the mobile device to install the collector bracket, ensuring that the collector is at a standard height.
8. Install the current collector.
9. Connect the incoming cable and collector cable.
10. After confirming the correct installation, power on and test drive to check if the phase sequence of the power supply needs to be changed.
11. Run the equipment slowly and repeatedly to both ends of the track, paying attention to whether there is any collision, ignition, or deviation of the current collector. If there is any abnormality, stop the vehicle immediately and cut off the power to identify the cause of improper installation and make adjustments.
12. After confirming that the equipment has been running repeatedly and there are no abnormal phenomena, power off again and tighten all the fixing bolts of the lifting clamps.

13. Power on the test drive and confirm that the installation is correct.

4. Expansion problem of sliding contact line - when the length exceeds 100 meters, expansion problem should be considered.
5. Voltage drop issue - voltage drop varies depending on the length of various copper bars.
