Overview

Compared to cables, the H-type power busbar 2000A is more economical and practical for use in the workshop. After the power busbar is fixed in place, it no longer moves. At the same time, there are specialized wiring accessories, which are more economical and practical compared to cables.

H-type power busbar 2000A

Product Structure

The sliding contact line consists of guide rails, sheaths, collectors, hangers, connectors, fixing clips, end caps, etc. It can also be equipped with expansion sections (thermal compensation devices), maintenance sections (isolators), etc. according to user requirements.

Guide rail and sheath: The guide rail is made of aluminum alloy profiles with good conductivity and strong environmental adaptability (grade 6063, status T5). The lower part of the guide rail is embedded with a "V" - shaped stainless steel groove to ensure wear resistance, stability, and good contact of the collector brush when sliding along the groove. The guide rail is generally fixed to a length of 6 meters. The sheath is composed of engineering plastics with toughness, abrasion resistance, anti-aging and flame retardancy, which has a good insulation protection effect on the guide rail and ensures personal safety.

Collector: The collector is a supporting structure and is the main component that supplies power to mobile devices. Composed of specially designed carbon brushes, terminal posts or terminals, plastic covers, support arms, etc. Apply appropriate contact pressure, slide smoothly along the guide rail, and supply power to the equipment. When the equipment needs maintenance, the carbon brush of the collector can be pulled away from the guide rail to cut off the power, ensuring safety and facilitating operation.

Connector (also serving as a power supply): The connector is the end connection between guide rails, reliably connected by pressure plates and bolts, and the housing is made of engineering plastic as a protective cover. A protective cover that also serves as a power supply, with a port for introducing power supply lines, and is fastened together with the connector pressure plate and bolts.

It is mainly divided into commonly used sliding contact wires such as single pole aluminum sliding contact wire, single pole copper sliding contact wire, steel sliding contact wire, multi pole tube sliding contact wire, seamless sliding contact wire, copper contact wire, etc. Single pole sliding contact line, multi pole tube sliding contact line, seamless sliding contact line belong to safety sliding contact line, and steel sliding contact line belong to non safety sliding contact line. The commonly used single pole H safety sliding contact wire has greatly improved protection level and insulation, making it safe and reliable.

Safe sliding contact line - used in dusty, humid and other environments, can be equipped with dust-proof sealing strips and hand protection (when the sliding contact line is very close to people, it should be equipped with hand protection, such as akapp). The operating speed of the current collector is less than 300 meters per minute.

Multi pole sliding contact wire - easy to install, fast, simple and compact structure, safe and reliable, suitable for commonly used currents below 100A

Rigid body sliding contact wire - used for high current equipment, with a current of up to several thousand amperes, suitable for harsh environments and high temperatures

Single pole sliding contact line - combined according to different numbers of poles, the current can also reach kiloamperes, which is a sliding contact line

H-type power busbar 2000A

main advantages

1. Has high safety performance; Long service life, as well as advantages such as simple installation and easy maintenance.

2. Compared to cables, power busbars are more economical and practical for use in workshops. Once the power busbar is fixed in place, it no longer moves. Additionally, there are specialized wiring accessories, which are more economical and practical compared to cables.

3. It can make maximum use of the limited space in the workshop to layout the power bus. Moreover, the power bus has high flexibility and can be extended to any mobile equipment in the workshop.

The quality of the sliding contact line can be constant according to the following standards:

1. Carbon brush service life - belongs to consumables, and the driving distance affects the equipment maintenance cycle.

2. Quality of sliding contact wire casing - thickness, hardness, applicable temperature, environment, etc.

3. The performance of the current collector mainly depends on the service life of the wheels, the design of the turning wheels, and whether the current collector can be used in various environments.

4. Expansion problem of sliding contact line - when the length exceeds 100 meters, expansion problem should be considered.

5. Voltage drop issue - voltage drop varies depending on the length of various copper bars.

1. Sliding contact wire conduit: It is a semi enclosed shaped tubular component that is the main part of the safety sliding contact wire. It can be embedded with 2-9 guide rails as power supply wires as needed, and each guide rail is insulated from each other and from the outer shell to ensure the safety of power supply. And effectively prevent electric shock accidents for maintenance personnel during live maintenance. The length of each produced conduit is 6m, and it can be connected to any desired length. Generally, conduits are made in straight lines, but can also be made in circular arcs according to special requirements.

2. The sliding contact wire conductor is a set of brush housing frames that run inside the conduit. The sliding contact wire is driven by a fork (or traction chain, etc.) placed on the electrical mechanism (such as a crane, trolley, electric hoist, etc.) to synchronize with the motor, transmitting the electrical energy of the sliding contact wire brush through the guide rail to the motor or other control components. The number of poles of the conductive electric brush is 3-16, corresponding to the number of guide rails in the conduit.

Maintenance and upkeep:

In order to ensure the normal operation of the sliding contact line and extend its service life, regular maintenance should be carried out after the sliding contact line is put into operation.

1. Electric brush: It should be checked every 1-3 months according to the usage of mobile electrical equipment. Focus on checking the wear of the collector brush. If the wear amount is ≥ 5mm, it must be replaced. If loose or worn electric brushes are found during inspection, the cause should be identified and dealt with in a timely manner.
2. Collector: Check at least once every quarter. Focus on checking whether the fasteners are loose, displaced, and whether the plastic and moving parts are worn. Check the spring tension (the contact pressure between the collector brush and the guide rail should be maintained at a certain pressure (see the table below). Discover problems and handle them promptly.
3. Connectors: Check at least once a year. Focus on checking whether the fastening bolts, welds, and supporting components are loose, corroded, or displaced. If any problems are found, they should be dealt with in a timely manner.
4. Daily inspection: Focus on checking the flatness of the track for any significant deviation (greater than 20mm), misalignment, insulation protection components for detachment, breakage, or damage, and stainless steel "v" grooves for any warping; Are there any foreign objects or conductive dust on the track. If necessary, the insulation resistance should be checked to ensure it meets the requirements (phase to phase insulation resistance should be ≥ 5M Ω).

Especially for environments with significant deviations in track alignment, gauge, inclination, frequent use, excessive workshop dust, high temperature, water, acid, alkali, fog, and outdoor use, it is necessary to strengthen daily inspection and maintenance.
