HCP421V-MPMicro track probe cold and hot tableCan be used alone or in conjunction with a microscope/spectrometer. It can control the temperature within the range of -190 ℃ to 400 ℃, while allowing probe electrical testing, optical observation, and sample gas environment control. The top cover and bottom shell of the probe station form a vacuum sealed chamber, which can also be filled with protective gases such as nitrogen to prevent the sample from frosting at negative temperatures or oxidizing at high temperatures.

LN2-SYS liquid nitrogen refrigeration system

It is mainly divided into two parts: liquid nitrogen pump and liquid nitrogen tank. When in use, the temperature control device needs to be connected in series between the liquid nitrogen tank and the liquid nitrogen pump through a pipeline. The heating block of the temperature control device is embedded with a closed inlet and outlet pipeline. The liquid nitrogen pump is controlled by mK2000B to extract liquid nitrogen from the liquid nitrogen tank into the heating block of the temperature control device, achieving active cooling of the temperature control device.

Shell circulating water cooling system

Used for cooling the casing/base of temperature control devices. When the temperature control device is heated/cooled, the temperature of the casing/base will be very hot/cold, which can harm surrounding personnel, equipment, and even the equipment itself. Using circulating water to keep the temperature of the casing around room temperature can effectively prevent this disaster.

MK2000B thermostat

Supports constant temperature, constant rate temperature change, pause, and programmed temperature control functions. It has the characteristics of independent multi segment PID control for hot and cold, and can store 4 sets of 20 segment calibration tables. It can be independently controlled or controlled through the Instec APP software
