1. Edible gelatin can be used in food industries such as sponge, meat jelly, food additives, canned food, candy, ice cream, ham sausage, jelly, soda suspension agent, testing agent, starch agent, ice cream, etc., in accordance with the Chinese standard GB6783-94.

2. Medicinal gelatin is mainly used as a raw material for sugar coating of soft and hard capsules and tablets.
