D403 Resin Product Manual
Product Introduction:D403It is a macroporous chelating resin with polystyrene skeleton, containing-CH2PO(OH)2Coordination group, made by special process, with good strength. Mainly used for removing multivalent metal ions such as iron from concentrated sulfuric acid.

Product application:
Mainly used for removing multivalent metal ions such as iron from concentrated sulfuric acid, it can be applied to the recovery of multivalent metal ions in wet metallurgy.
Notes:
1. Transportation and storage of products:
The product should be stored in a wet state at a temperature above 0 degrees Celsius; *No need, it can be sealed or added with at least 5% saline solution; During transportation, the main purpose is to prevent freezing, and heavy items should not be placed on top of the resin to prevent it from being crushed.
2. Pre treatment of resin:
Generally, it is required to use a process of alkali water acid water for treatment, but strictly requires three cycles to achieve the desired ion form after post-treatment.
3. Resin filling:
Consider the size of the resin's transformation expansion rate, reserve sufficient space to prevent resin overflow, and ensure a suitable liquid level height; The column diameter ratio should be within a reasonable range to avoid bias; Use wet column installation or backwashing to remove bubbles inside the resin layer.
Before entering the resin column, the liquid should undergo steps such as flocculation, filtration, or sand filtration to ensure that it does not contain suspended solids, in order to avoid blocking the resin pores.
5. If resin is not needed inside the column, it should be cleaned and taken out for storage, or salt water can be added to a salt resistant medium, and the page should be kept from dehydration. At the same time, resin should be backwashed irregularly to loosen the resin and prevent clumping and scrapping.
