2、 Equipment structure(Load Soft Creep Tester)
(1) This equipment consists of four parts: the host, heating furnace, system deformation measurement device, and control system.
(2) The heating element is a U-shaped silicon molybdenum rod heating element, and the temperature sensor is a B-type thermocouple. Use displacement sensors to measure sample deformation.
(3) The furnace lining of the heating furnace is made of advanced refractory materials. This equipment uses the principle of direct loading, and the sample is loaded by a heavy weight.
(4) The temperature control system is mainly composed of industrial control machines and control cabinets, and measurement work is completed through instruments such as thermocouples and displacement sensors.
