Technical Principle
The HGA-1400v laser headspace micro hole leakage detection system is based on laser absorption spectroscopy non-destructive testing technology to perform high-precision detection of micro hole leakage in sample bottles. The system has the characteristics of low detection limit, non-destructive measurement, and easy operation.

The following figure shows the test data. The red color represents the complete test data of the standard perforated sample penicillin bottle (8R-8.5 μ m) in the headspace microporous leakage system. The leakage aperture can be accurately calculated within the specified time, and the measurement results are consistent with those of the standard perforated sample bottle.

System Application
The HGA-1400v laser headspace microporous leakage detection system does not require nitrogen purging. The system adopts a split design and can be matched with different specifications of penicillin/ampoule bottle fixtures according to testing needs. Non standard sample bottles can be customized with matching fixtures to meet users' precise measurement and research on the sealing integrity/leakage aperture of drug packaging materials throughout their entire life cycle.
