The HGA-2000i laser headspace CO2 detection system enables customers to quickly achieve non-destructive detection of headspace CO2 concentration in samples such as penicillin bottles and ampoules during drug development and quality control.

The HGA-2000i laser headspace CO2 detection system is based on laser absorption spectroscopy non-destructive testing technology to detect the headspace CO2 concentration of sample bottles. It has the characteristics of fast response speed, high measurement accuracy, and non-destructive testing.

The following figure shows the test data. Blue and red represent the detection data of two types of standard bottles, which were tested 100 times each. The data is stable and the repeated standard deviation is within ± 0.025%.
