The HGA-1400i laser headspace H2O/pressure detection system enables customers to quickly achieve non-destructive testing of headspace water vapor partial pressure/total pressure of samples such as penicillin bottles and ampoules, with high-precision detection of sample leakage aperture (requiring low-pressure pretreatment).

The HGA-1400i laser headspace H2O/pressure detection system is based on laser absorption spectroscopy non-destructive testing technology. Through the detection of sample headspace water vapor partial pressure/total pressure, it meets the needs of users for product development, testing, and quality control.
Actual measurement data
The following figure shows the test data, with blue and red representing the headspace water vapor partial pressure/total pressure detection data of freeze-dried products. After 100 tests, the data was stable and the repeatability was better than ± 0.1kPa (headspace total pressure) and ± 0.01kPa (water vapor partial pressure).

The HGA-1400i laser headspace H2O/pressure detection system does not require nitrogen purging and can detect sample headspace water vapor partial pressure/total pressure/leakage aperture, etc; According to different specifications of penicillin bottles/ampoules, the matching fixtures can be replaced. Most standard sample bottles are supported, and non-standard sample bottles can be customized with matching fixtures. Dynamic pressure calibration devices and vacuum pressure extraction devices can be optionally selected.
