HGA-1400sLaser Headspace H2O/Leakage Online DetectorBy adopting a non-destructive and non-contact detection method, customers can perform headspace gas online detection on packaging products such as penicillin bottles, ampoules, and plastic bottles.
Technical Principle
The HGA-1400s laser headspace leak online detection system, based on laser absorption spectroscopy detection technology, can be used for headspace analysis (HSA) and leak detection (LD), and is integrated into linkage lines, lamp inspection machines, etc. for 100% detection and quality control.

The following figure shows the simulated production line test data. The red and blue colors represent the test data of two types of freeze-dried products, which were tested 1000 times each. The data is stable and the repeatability deviation is within ± 0.2kPa.

System Application
The HGA-1400s laser headspace detection system adopts laser absorption spectroscopy detection technology, with a wide range of product applications. The system can detect product leaks, vacuum degree, and gas components without waiting for leakage time. After freeze-drying products are out of the cabinet, leakage can be detected within 2-3 minutes, fully meeting customer needs.
